I am a lady
You are a man
Ask me a question
I'll tell you all that I can
I love your laugh
I love your smile
The way you walk
Your wholeness and style enchants me
I need you
You need me
It might not be love
But won't you stay here with me
You make me laugh
I make you sigh
Come in a little closer
Let me hold you a while
Feeling your warmth near
Your breath on my face
Tracing your tears now
Want to kiss those bruises away
Brushing your cheek
Holding your eyes
Let me confidence rise you
Shake away all of his lies
Temperatures rising
Kisses turning to gasps
No control of my feelings
Just want this loving to last
Hearts beating faster
Breathings a rasp
Talk to me lady
Let's not go there too fast
Don't want to lose you
Nor this moment to pass
If I mean anything to you
Let's put behind your old past
Let's stay together
Don't want to lose a good friend
Want to take care of you darling
And be a good man in my loving you
