Past Ghosts

all the secrets i have kept
all the times i have wept

are now coming to haunt me
this may sound wacky

but the ghosts of my past
will follow me till my last

day on earth
they haunt us from birth

to death
last breath

they stare
always there

you can’t see
but you’d agree

if you saw
what i saw

there eyes are black
when they turn their back

you still feel them
and they condem

your future if
you decide to jump the cliff
