Passion and Sunshine
The life of a succulent primrose
Hanging out on the pretty garden rail
Nestled at home in a terracotta bowl Adorned
in soft summer skies all molten blue Of pink and peach
blossoms growing Where bees come to breakfast on honeyed
dew Colors of passion and sunshine days glorious joy Laced through
in an exuberant explosive array of giddiness lying sublime to
tickle senses on a summer day Playful like snuggles
Warm touch upon my cheek Eyes twinkling
a wondrous question Will you always
think me the prettiest and
keep me on your rail
