"passing Time"

The hands move

              but the clock

                              stands still

time races on

              yet we're still here...

Quite a profound statement made in just five short lines, Michael. Very true -- time races on and we're "still here" until we take our last breath. Thanks for stopping by and visiting my work. I'm really glad I had a chance to read this one! Love, Carolyn

wow! Michael, and than U ask why I can compare. Right now I'm in front of my computer, and sadly we're still here. In the same spot from yesterday. Nothing changes, only the hands on the clock & with time racing all we're doing is losing moments and time. Funny how I don't want time to move, I love spacing out more than facing reality. But, if the clock moves backwards than I'll move as well. wow! sometimes I have 2 many thoughts for your little passages. imagine me I talk 2 much in reality,.p.d
