*~ PARIS IN THE RAIN~*


I shall never see
the great Champs de Élysées 
only in humble dreams


cute sidewalk cafes
the Eiffel Tower aglow
only in my soul


French cuisine, oh
Parisian music so divine
It was not my time

Tom Cunningham Date: 9/20/2020 11:22:00 PM Had a few days in paris years ago, saw all the sights, my only regret we didn't go into the Notra Dame. although we went in to the Sacra Ceur. My highlight was going all the way up in the Eiffel Tower. The palace of Versailles is something else. I got to see Paris back in '74 with my Study abroad group on our way to Madrid.
