Parents

Birds sing sweetly as the sun arises - Beautiful colors of red, orange and gold Splash upon the horizon before me, Inviting me to rejoice as the day unfolds The wind blows gently through the trees. The green grass sparkles with morning dew. Surrounded by the beauty God reveals, My thoughts quickly turn to you. Your beauty, within the fabric of your soul, A beauty not created by anything manmade Permeates your personality as a whole, Living through you forever, never to fade Sweet parents of mine – you’re beautiful to me In every way imaginable to my limited mind For God blessed me by allowing me to see Your kind spirits, gentleness, and love divine.
