Pardon Me While I Contest

Pardon me, did you just laugh in my face
For telling you how I feel
Did you really just tell me nothing about us was real!
Did you just spit on my sorrow
And dance on my toes
Is this how sadistic love is…anything goes?
Pardon me, did you just role your rusty lids
And tell me I’m a fool
If you think that seeds will never grow
For once, I know what you never knew.
