Paranoia

This paranoia is trapping me like a ghost,
I see the spirits all around me,
And I don’t want to be the host,
They’re on a scaring spree:
Before I die I want to be free,
Oh, the life I lead,
I just need to see,
This sacred plead:
It’s killing me, oh the things I see,
So paint my portrait,
They’re right below my knee,
I feel denigrated:
Oh the webs I weaved,
Maybe I will be able to leave.

You have some good ideas here but it seems a bit pointless. It doesn't really seem to have much point to it, and in my opinion ends suddenly. It's not really constructed well.
