Paragraph From the Past

Sickness is the devil himself divining his ill will.
It seems his only interest is to see what he can kill.
The evil deep inside us all, he uses as a tool.
And sneaks around just like a snake awaiting his next fool.

One paragraph unto itself.
Now on display on Poetry Soup's shelf.

I hope that there is no illness in your family or you..Illness and pain are horrible bedfellowers..Satan seems to use illness to pull Christians down for sure..Enjoyed reading your creative work..Thanks for stopping by...Sara

hey, Robert, a question for you. Sometimes you write such awesome rhyme as you are inspired by the poems of fellow poets at Soup. I am curious. Why don't you draw from that inspiration and do longer poems based on what you began writing in the comments to us? I just loved your funny food rhymes. Why don't you post a poem on it?
