Paradise Lost

I was listening to the news the other day regarding the economy and job loss that has
been happening in North America and for some inexplicable reason the picture that Raul
posted for his contest popped into my mind. So, here is my entry for Raul Moreno’s Solace in
Nature Contest.

Recession rainbow

        Human foibles forgotten

                          Nothing else exists.

How chilling, Robert! But I couldn't agree more. Here in the U.S. it does, indeed, seem like "nothing else exists" beyond the "recession rainbow." This is awesome writing! Sometimes even just a few words can say so much. Love, Carolyn (And good luck in the contest!)
