Paradise
Pretend that you are everything that you could ever be
And assume that only you could mean the world to me
Reflect back not on things that have come undone
And for the first time in your life please don't say, 'I won'
Divorce can be so final a place I don't want to go
It only hastens heartbreak and brings us down so low
Splendor lies in paradise found deep within your heart
Enjoying life without you is not an option on my part
