Pansies

Yellow and purple pansies bravely persist
Despite the frosty chill and impending cold
These delicate little blossoms in a pot insist

They outlast other dying plants and resist
Such charm they exhibit, still flowering bold

I brought them in one night when I thought a hard frost might be too much. They are beautiful.
