PAINTING PICASSO 

Unique anomalous
bullet-proof critique 

whilst other artists covet 
and
regurgitate technique 

hiding from the spark 
of colors rich and dark
perfume

wrapped in landscapes and
portraits empty spaces
entombed

Picasso
paints his altered states
clinging to unusual shapes
capturing bright bursts of shades
on canvases bizarre with
brilliance

brush in hand
not
tainted bland
detonating

art’s 
radiant
luminosity
