Painting Entertains Me Big

My blue hair women paintings are surprisingly fun,
But the most interesting are my blue black haired combo.
I know this because I am staring at them now.
Pony-tailed, hatted, hanging, one doing the mambo.

I always thought the pink hairs would be the most “ut”.
My pink cats and dragons have them completely topped.
If I counted all the flowers and hearts on my walk.
I would laugh at my ludicrous self, that I could have never stopped.

Painting has been a most enjoyable hobby to me.
It has kept me out of relatives’ squabbles galore.
Entertaining me in every which way and wild.
Keeping me away from cleaning which I truly abhor.

Well written Caren and keep going with your artistic skills - Lindsay Caren Krutsinger September 6, 2018 at 3:56 AM My stuff is flat, but I get a bit of effect by adding glitter paint, glitter, buttons, shoes, sawdust, and lots of other stuff from my junk drawer. A glue gun is a flat painter's best friend.

Maurice Rigoler September 4, 2018 at 10:59 AM I used to paint and draw when young and was good enough at it to and allowed by my art teacher to try for a RISD scholarship, which I didn't get. My husband had always bragged he is German until we took DNA tests. He has more English in him that people who live this minute in England.
