Painted Thoughts

This is my pallet where I’ll paint you a picture
Of worldly expressions
With many reflections
Of the days I’ve lived
This is the place where I may tell you a tale
Some may be so frail
Where I hope you’ll connect
Surely it may have an effect
Where I shall bare my whole heart
Like a colored abstract art
Where you see what you want
This is my pallet to flaunt
You a picture of love, or nature, or happiness
Or maybe sadness,
It could even be sheer madness
From one event or another
A note to a mother
This is a healing block
A place to talk
About anything at all
Let the letters fall
Because this is my picture of thoughts
