Paint Your Canvas

Repeating its self over and over
Passing by as I get older and bolder
These patterns shall be broken
Life is my precious golden token

Time passing with seasons
The rivers alter with reason
Hanging with friends
Having good times with no ends
But wait there’s more
Must leave and explore
Holding this right since birth
Craving a life of worth

For now I have an appetite
And have already began taking flight
The shattering sound of freedom
Has crashed through the pattern
Good times I will keep
For bad days will always remain obsolete

Pack my bags
Even signed my own tags
Hugs and kisses
To the husband’s and Mrs.
My cousins and my riches
Off and on my way
There is a plane I must catch today
