Painless


It hurts
Like blisters from the sun
Burn with no touch
Love, but not much
Comparing all to one

It hurts
I stare into the stars
Space dead and hollow
Short light I long to follow
To find the love of mars

It hurts
The war of hearts we wage
Soldier on a false act
Fighting feelings forged from fact
With a lie setting the stage

It hurts
To follow Apollo
These stars are so lonely
And the moon sinks too soon
You are my 1 1 1 1 
And only
