Painful Truth

It hits you
Suddenly
The feeling of white hot lava racing through your brain
The feeling that the blood has stopped pumping through your veins
Everything’s numb
It’s happened again
Nobody will come
To help you through this pain
Because once again you have kept it to yourself
Scared to ask anyone for help
So I hope one day you will realise your mistake
Keep trying no matter how long it takes
The pain, I promise, it will soon end
When you learn to trust me, your friend.
