Pain and Loneliness
Loneliness and pain creates a void
Dark shadows haunt, torment and torture
only reflective thoughts of happiness
Somber, melancholy moods decay the soul
It is futile to hope and dream
Emptiness is overwhelming
A deepening sea of nowhere consumes
And eats away at every connecting thread
Nothing considered worthy remains
Destined to walk through life less ordinary
Alone, exiled, different and disdained.
