Paid In Full
A tremendous debt was paid one we could not afford to pay
As in the tomb He was laid only to rise again on the third day
The Lamb of God takes away the sins of the world
Happy are those who are called to His supper
Out of an act of complete grace He sent His Son to save mankind
As so many would come to embrace curing the lost, sick and blind
This the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world
So happy were they who are called to His Supper
Yet soon though to be betrayed as Pilot washed his hands
All that suffering before they slay no one truly understands
Sometimes it causes me to tremble and fall down on my knees
Yet the mocking crowds still assemble doing just as they please
If you were there that day and saw Jesus on that Cross
You too would be at a loss and would not know what to say
For if you only knew and could finally realize all of His Glory
You would see the picture I drew and would certainly know His story
