Pacific Lights

By Laura May 21, 2016 I ask her bout the pretty things We'll never need those diamond rings She says "I found a way back home. Just follow me, you're not alone" Just you, me, and some coffee, honey We really don't need lot of money It's time we took what's yours and mine Stepped out of lines we can't define Let's sell everything that weighs us down How far we did fall without a sound Found missing pieces of our hearts in a song Singing so loud "we've done nothing Wrong" We're sinners with pride and nothing to hide We laugh at the bigots as they burn inside Nomadic in our ways; we search for better days I'll call you every day to let you know we're still ok Forever here we roam We'll never be alone again Just look into the clearest night You'll finally see our light is bright
