Overcoming Adversity
Untested remains strength of our core
Unless we face trials & tribulations
Yet in the continuum immersed therein
We face anguish beyond imagination
Even if our resolve wavers we recognise
That in the void of inner silence
Wherein immune form shock & surprise
We are tranquil in this dream sequence
Reworded we may say that our stability
Requires stillness to be our abode
Silence therein when we rotate polarity
Of each thought form we ever rode
We thus have the cake and eat it too
At the pivot of attention oscillation
Wherefrom we witness life events anew
Continuum of centred calm our orientation
