The holidays come and go in a flash, after months of preparation, organizing decorations, Picking out the perfect tree, shopping with glee, In a flash comes the end of the gaiety and revelrie, A big crescendo ends on a light note, The partying, The gift-giving, The wonderful sentiments, come to a halt, Then, the world goes back to playing their real-life parts.
