Terri Evans Poet Rhyme

Over

I used to laugh
I used to smile
I haven't done that in a while
I had a dream I had  a time now all I is cry.
My thoughts surrounded  me I used to care
I'm just wondering why you was never  there.
I came back to face my past and  the memories are 
imprinted  in my mind I am letting  you go
this time it is goodbye.

Do you wonder where your life went?
Does it even matter to you?
Am I the only one that sheds a tear or two?
I didn't see you cry at all you said its better
this way.
I am picking myself back up again taking back
what you took away.
As I look at you I wipe my tears turned around
and walked away.
