Outsider

So new a person
Happy as I'll ever be
I love this new life
That stirred up inside me

I remember back to a day
Were I was so confused
I didn't know where I was going in life
And thinking back
I am truly amused

It was right in front of me
But back then I was blind and couldn't see

Now my eyes open
I am no longer hopin'
I am making my dreams reality
The inner set free

I used to be so upset all the time
But what I didn't know is I could call you mine
You make me feel oh so fine
I have never been so alive

Now that I am set free
I want to live for others besides me
I want them all to see
That there is more

More then just what is in sight
There is a greater fight
We can change everything around us
You just don't realize it yet

One drop can cause a ripple in the puddle
One person can mean a difference
I want to show this to you
Every wish you have can come true

Just live outside the norm
Don't do what is expected
Do what is not

What is expected is average
What isn't is different
But different can be better
We just won't know it until we try
