CayCay Godwin Poet Rhyme

Outside Our Window

Pretty green, blue, pink, red and white colors!
My gaze bounces from one to the other.
Looking through my window, senses confer 
how sight-touch turns thoughts to my lover.

White and pink from each periwinkle;
peaking blue sky; red tomatoes, green crinkle;
growth from onions and new peppers may twinkle.
Much in window’s pane does besprinkle.

Looking out, the feeling of harmony
reminds me of love’s perfect reverie:
A special day of laboring happily
while together we played plant botany.
