Outside Looking In

I am on the outside
I am only looking in
My vision is blur by the sight
Of rain and roaring thunder
So much despair in the air
Drops of warm water falling
Echoes flow ting in the wind
No turning it off

I am on the outside
I am only looking in
I see your fear in every gesture
You try to hide by
Cuming the gray away

I am on the outside
I am only looking in
Threw the windows of your soul
I viewed a life time of luggage of struggles
Still down you mange to raise your words
To heaven first but not last to be heard

I am on the outside
I am only looking in
Trying to keep it clean
By not kicking the bucket
And keeping the golden years
Outside looking in
