Behind left is a life loved 
Though it just can't be

the tide waits for no ship or person . . . though it is hard to see it happen. Nicely done!

Is this about a loved one buried at sea? or someone leaving on a ship with a loved one left behind? Sorry, I might be reading the wrong thing into this Haiku. Christmas Blessings, Darlene
