Out On a Limb
My heart soaked in enticing wine
Drunk with love and mellowed,
Hangs out on a flower-laden bough
With new charm is endowed.
Come quickly my dear, oh, my love,
Come, for life is fleeting,
Ha, as soon as a flower blooms
Its beauty but takes wing!
