Out of the Blue

Never before had she thought of the Lord nor of His Way
Till one day this young lady was bored and decided to pray
As out the door she went and headed on down the street
Almost like she was being sent with a new pep in her feet

At the church, she went inside and near the front knelt down
There a statue on the left side of a Woman wearing a Crown
And as she knelt there and stared so much entered her mind
As though She was listening and cared, as so many often find

Suddenly the past became so clear in remembering so much
In her eyes there came a tear like no one before could touch
Even more things came to light and more tears to her eyes
Such a beautiful Woman in her sight such blessings realized

Walking back up her street a sense of Joy she couldn't deny
As the warm rays would greet from such a blue autumn sky
One act changed everything as her life was never the same
That guilt she'd bring, Her Son had already taken the blame

Hail Mary, full of Grace
Our life, our sweetness our joy!
