Notes About The Poem

Out of Sight

the sun at twilight
leaving a trail of beauty
like smoke from incense

scarlet macaw flight
through deep green on verge of dusk
indigo follows

mysterious bug
fireflies twinkle all the June
in touch with the moon

Oh that summer is here. I'm ready to bear the mosquitoes but have the beauty of summer. ~~

But we can dream, can't we? Although winter has its beauty, too. :)
