Out of My Heart and Into His Arms

I stood and watched you walk away
Out of my life, right into his arms
I watched you smile as you walked away
Out of my heart and into his arms

Tonight while the band was playing
You smiled at him, baby that was wrong
I thought you loved me
They were even playing our song

Then when he asked, if you wanted to dance
I couldn’t believe, you didn’t refuse
Baby you made our song
Sound like the blues

I watched you move into his arms
Out of my reach, and so far apart
I watched you smile as you looked away
Smiling at him, breaking my heart

And now that our love is finally free
I recall that way, you broke my heart
You just left me there, sitting alone
I guess you proved it, you never loved me

I just stood and watched you walk away
Out of my life, right into his arms
I watched you smile as you walked away
Out of my heart and into his arms
