Our Year In Love

Wednesday night, quite not that sure
I knew I love you and that’s for sure
Asked you for a date and said “Shall we?”
I never thought that we’re going to be…

Necklace, ring, beautiful song,
Candles danced as our souls sang along…
Held your waist while I had you on the floor,
Danced with me till clock struck to four

Roots, grasses, beautiful garden,
vines, flowers made the world even.
Soft spoken yes made my heart sound,
Quite lucky that your love was found.

Now we’ve come to a year
to celebrate love with no fear.
I’ll turn the page to another chapter,
Hope this leads us to a way to forever.
