Our Transgress
Good morning my Lord on this day of deception,
So many years ago, you died for our indiscretion.
Each year now, we celebrate the loss we never knew.
Only stories of the Bible show the glory of you.
Betrayed by one or many, what is the difference?
Others set back in fear, without any interference.
I pray to your father in Heaven, with our inheritance.
That when you return we have learned acceptance,
I pray our eyes, heart and mind does not deceive us.
I sincerely pray, we will not repeat the past transgress.
