Our Mothers

Can it be your love that heals the wounds? or the peacefulness of your voice against the nightmares tunes? The mighty hug that sets the soul to rest? or the love we feel when we cry upon your breast. Can it many hardships over the years? or the hope we see in your teary tears. We watch to see you break in sight. But the more we watch the stronger you fight. We know its getting hard for you But somehow you continue to smile on through. The world is really strict on you But you will never give up on doing what you do. Our mothers so strong but still real sweet In our hearts their love and their might we keep. They love and they fight and do great things We love them so much our Africans Queens.
