Our Love

You I'd devour,

In a day or an hour.

What time could you give

To a man who would live

Your will all at once to deflower.

What of you I'd consume

To hear your lips swoon

From the feel of my touch to your flesh.

Your scent so enticing

Your lips so inviting

Your heart and mine would soon mesh

I want you completely

Not roughly but sweetly

For love is a sweet gift sublime

But if passion your seeking

To hear another heart's beating

Is a feeling that lasts for all time

So I close this poem saying

That our time is so fleeting

Lets not waste a moment at all

For if by us it goes

Then only God knows

When love will for us befall.
