Our Home Our Memories
From now on our home this will be
Family memories to be created with ease
Kids playing games in the front garden
Our memories in this house beginning to harden
The family meal where we sit, eat and chat
The kids arguing and preparing for combat
Our home will see our kids grow
Flower and bloom leaving an afterglow
One day they will leave and start their own lives
Memories of them stored in our mental archives
Then it leaves the two of us to rediscover our passion
Hopefully we can find solace and compassion
For each other which has been lost through the years
Putting our family first and wiping away the tears
So on we march as a team of two
Our love for each other will always to be true
