Our Favorite Love Song
I want to be within your arm's reach
I want to be where you are
your heart where I reside
I want to be by your side
where we would stare into each others eyes, lest we fall apart
when my mind is free to roam, we'll be with each other in our favorite room
your voice my favorite song, my musical beat that makes me tingle
our hearts intimately meet without a question, a connection is established
your food my remedy
your smile revives my energy
your voice, my favorite melody that continually echoes in my memory
your breath the air that fills my lungs
your "perfume" my favorite scent
your eyes where I confide, my favorite site
your dressing tickles my fantasy
your looks put me back on track
your presence, my daily prayer
In my mind your memories continually grow
your hair caressing mine
your stare, my daily light
your body, our massaging ride
your lipstick painting my lips, the signature of our daily kiss
your life desiring mine
your words my favorite rhyme
our hearts inscribing, carving love
your finger desiring a ring, to be "popped" a question, you know what I mean
my knee can't wait to kneel while I "pop" the question and hear you say that "thing"
my feet hasty in delay to return home to my "favorite place"
our souls reborn
together we're strong
one plus one equals one
hence together, we're forever one
till death do us part
