Our Devotion'

It’s funny how the Lord works,
Sometimes life’s little problems we will not go berserk’
Financially I have spent all I have had to do the Lord’s bidding,
With faith I carry on, yet, I’m certainly not winning.

At a junction in my life,
I owe at least stability to my wife.
She says she doesn’t worry, but that is not true.
Her faith is being tested along with mine, like you.

One thing is a certainty it’s our love,
We know, it is God sent from up above.
We will get through this financial fiasco,
The Lord will not falter with His promises this we both know’

We remain rigid with God by our side,
Our love grows, hardships will abide.
Our Lord knows what we need.
With Him by our side, we will overcome and succeed.

The "financial fiasco" has produced many hardships for Americans, Robert. I hope we will be able to overcome these trying times through our faith. Government has gone a bit too far in its mandates and people are rebelling. You and your wife seem to have strong faith. I wish we could spread the message you have here before it's too late. Love and blessings, Carolyn
