Other Half
He and I,
Are one in the same,
His spirit coequal in essence,
Like two crooked branches,
Of the same tree,
Our core being the same...twisted, yet pleasant
Our core being the same,
Like the being is one,
We parallel like the splitting of souls,
The way he mirrors my action,
With uncanny reaction,
As though he is the half to my whole
Belligerent he is,
When the tide is strong
His patience a thing of the past,
He dies for release,
Bares bottled, occult emotion,
Then recoils iridescent and rash,
If only he knew that I’m here for life,
We are one,
I am his, he is mine,
I’ll hold his hand,
‘till the very end,
For evanescent is our time
