Hi Gershon, Guess we were reading each others mind- just posted one that basically says what you do in a few words only I forgot that we went away to rest and sleep and escape maximum disorder! Ditto - whizzkids! Jennifer.

I'm lucky: Without sleep, I'm merely a yawner...Am learning (from necessity) not to panic or even worry much when I can't get to sleep. Highly recommend that approach...At any rate, here's to a good night's sleep tonight! Best wishes, gw

I got so much sleep last night it was ridiculous, so I was wondering if Thursday evening was when you wrote this for I feel it might have been. I got twice as much sleep as I normally do on Thursday night, May 16th. Absolutely no idea why. Maybe there was a universal health-soul-thing going on? Timely for me for sure!

So true. I like the idea of order created effortlessly during sleep. Makes me wonder in a humorous way what I'm doing when awake. Maybe I should sleep more.

Please know that this 'order from disorder' is a real 'thing:' It's a theory developed by two psychologists in the mid-80's They were among the first to hook people up to an (MRI? or some such device), to see what was going on. And they found random electronic messages shooting up to the cerebrum from the brain stem/pons. Interesting stuff. Thanks for commenting!! ~ gw
