Ophalis Lacrimose

The weather is cold and so are you.
So shallow, in all shades of blue.
The crown you wear is dripping with jewels
Of bloodstone and all shades of hell.

The power of fate runs through your veins.
The torrent of the past runs through your pains.
The memory of her runs amuck in your mind,
As you try anything and everything to find

Your sanity beneath all the rubble
Of the house that came falling down,
And the storm laughed along with her.
The one who pushed you down

From heaven or that's how the tale goes.
From sweet angels to deathly foes.
From a saint to an earthly villain.
The stars still sing of the tragedy befallen.
