Open the Door

"Let me in. I want to come in again. I thought you were my friend." -Yvonne Baker Oh no, my key, it seems to be broken It don't fit and I can't git this open Won't you open up the door and let me in? Imagine my surprise when I looked in your eyes And there wa'n't no one there I'm again on my knees, begging you pretty please, Don't put on such airs. Just open up the door and let me in My key must be broken. I know we had a fight upon that violent night And I was gone in a huff But out here on my own, began to miss my home Good lord I've had it rough So open up the door and let me in. My key don't work no mo'. Won't you open up the door and let me in? Open up! I want in! My key don't work no mo'.
