Only True

In life no one is true to you but you
friends will let you down, family will too,

Those you share a seat with
will see times you compete with

Those you call your friends
will have times you contend

Those that help and aid
will see times up against

With survival the selfish side is shown
what we need we make our own

The only one true to you in life is you
people let you down seek the truest few

Those whom see you're vulnerable
they see you as valueable 
or
Those whom see you're vulnerable 
they show you you're valueable 

They con and take advantage with greed
or
they care and make allowance for your need

They surround you when you're down 
taking advantage of your frown
or
They surround you when you're down
talk and take in your sound

Those truest are never completely true
they have their life to advance too

Some use you for their needs
take advantage when they need

The only one true to you in life is you
people let you down seek the truest few
they are trying too advance their life too
stay around the truest but only you are true
