Only time will tell if we will last
Only time will tell if we will ever forget our past
Only time will tell if there will be a new day
Only time will tell if someone will hear the words we pray
Only time will tell if we will enjoy the life we were given
Only time will tell if it’s all worth living
Only time will tell if there’s an end to our love
Only time will tell if there’s a heaven above
Only time will tell of the light will ever let us see
Only time will tell if we will follow our own destiny
Only time will tell if what we have learned will ever make us smart
Only time will tell if we will listen and follow our own heart
