A lot of talk goes around, All about this or that. And is only the sound, Of bold talk n smack. Politicians confound, Wear imposter hats. Flared tensions abound. Subvert the facts. Chicago's burning down. Pour on more gas. Discord Surrounds. Raising the tax. A lot of talk goes around, All about this or that. And is only the sound, Of more talking smack.

RJ~ being from Chicago, discord and a soaring murder rare are so sad, I left there in the Sixties. Yakegy Yak..lol..I liked your poem, and I have friends on the West Side who womt leave their homes. I grew up when Chicago was sane, I get sad to recall those older days, I pray Chicago will be sane again. Pangie
