Not everyone knows your struggles
Or the things you juggle
The ones dear to your heart
Help you so you don't fall completely apart
Only some know
And are there to help you so
Kind words they say
Makes you happy in many ways
Only some know
When you feel low
So thank them so
Cause they are the only ones who know
