Oneness With 'The Absolute'
Oneness with 'the Absolute'...!
Dying to the moment - every moment,
that we can't even stake claim as a regent!
Resulting restlessness that we can prevent,
all the illusion in the mind of each and every event.
Treading path effortlessly into a raging torment;
moment to moment pass-by in reprieve-less lament.
An occasional glimpse within for sacrament;
thence on - align well with a sense of contentment.
Thought sourced from surface lure us for entrapment;
disguised well in mind with fancy embellishment.
Home-in with inward vision, a step towards enrichment;
into thoughtless-ness and nothing-ness - an endowment!
Using this body and mind as a tool to seek fulfillment,
with contemplative thoughts for spiritual nourishment.
Reach-out to everyone and everything for rapprochement;
step-by-step in the path for internal enhancement.
Continuously seeking harmony with our environment,
imbibing qualities of equanimity, fellowship and endearment.
Animate and inanimate forms to enthrall in complete amazement;
do we experience Oneness with that Absolute - in Enlightenment!
