One That Got Away
It's been years since we spoken
Most things hadn't changed at all
Our youth had started to dwindle
But her beauty It could not fall
Back the we had big dreams
Though the we could change
I laugh when think about them
They are optimistic and strange
The one dream I had back then
The one I wished had come true
Was to be in love and stay forever
I wanted to spend my life loving you
To this day you will always be
That one lover that got away
And as I look at you right now
You're just as beautiful today
