One Strike

One strike
~~~~~~~~
A woman I used to love made a statement once
She said; "Lover when god made you he broke the mold"
Those were the days of ego now long past gone
But you can bet that earned her loving like wildfire
The man child’s form that of a modern Adonis
Stands naked for her as she surveys the tools
That creates pleasure for her enjoyment
Such a forbidden and carnal delight
Not a happy ending for these true lovers
Of a not too distant past, she had to be replaced
Sadly enough for she forgot one thing
His heart wasn’t made of stone.
